Henry Moreno

District 3 Elected: 2008, 2011, 2014, 2017, 2020, 2023 Current Term Expires May 2026

Henry Moreno has been a resident of Devine ISD for 54 years and is a 1978 graduate of DHS. He attended San Antonio College and Southwest Texas University and works for the Department of Health and Human Services. Henry is a lector and serves on the parish council. He also volunteers for the Bigfoot Volunteer Fire Department, serves on the Bigfoot Cemetery Board, Bigfoot Community Council and is a little league coach. He and his wife Gloria have 2 children: Sara Moreno is a graduate of  Devine High School and The University of Texas; Adam Moreno is a senior at Devine High School.

Devine ISD is a good school, academics are excellent.
