The Devine Independent School District will be accepting competitive sealed bids for used spectator bleachers located at the Devine ISD softball field available for other uses. These bleachers will be sold ‘As Is’ condition with no repairs and no responsibility to the district after sale. Buyer is responsible for removing the bleachers from district property within 30 days of sale. Inspections or viewing can be scheduled by contacting Kandy Stein at (830) 851-0754, or open viewing at the Devine High School Softball Field.
Bleacher set A- 7 rows approx. 15 ft long rows
Bleacher set B- 7 rows approx. 24 ft rows
All bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on April 30, 2026 at the Devine ISD Central Office, 605 W. Hondo, Devine, Texas 78016. Any bids received after that time and date will be returned unopened and not considered. Bidders are invited to be present at the bid opening. The winning bidder has 10 days to make payment from the day of opening. If payment is not made, the district will move to the next winning bid, and so on. Please mark bids: Bleachers BID # T00A-2026 and Bleachers BID #T00B-2026.
Bleacher set A will carry a reserve minimum bid $3500.
Bleacher set B will carry a reserve minimum bid $4000.
The District reserves the right to reject any bid and /or all bids, to make awards, as they may appear to be advantageous to the District and to waive all formalities in bidding. Additional information may be obtained by contacting Kandy Stein at (830) 851-0754.
