Setting up Outlook 2003

If Outlook has never been used a "Wizard" will run at first launch. I recommend cancelling it.

Click next
No and Next
Select continue with no email support.

Proceed as directed below

Click on:
Tools
Email Accounts



Select Add New (next)



choose POP3 (Imap will not work)



Fill out the form, Use the picture as an example, use your information please (not mine):



2 notes:
username, your Windows login.
Password, Windows password.
When the forms filled out click test account settings. After the test has successfully completed click more settings and advanced,
** IMPORTANT ** Make sure the "Leave a copy of messages on the server" box is not checked ** IMPORTANT **



Within this form please click "outgoing server" and select "my outgoing server (smtp) requires authentication".

Click OK, Next, and Finish
