[Msparents] Technical Problems w/ Bulk Mail-out

Once again, I apologize for the confusion and delay.  We just "upgraded"
our email system this past week, and this is the first bulk mail-out I've
sent.  I have reported the problem to our technology director, and as soon
as we're able, we'll have the problem fixed and resend the calendar.
