[Msparents] Progress Reports & Survey Today

Dear Middle School Parents,

It's that time again already!  The final progress reports for the year
will be coming home today.  Please review grades with your child and
contact the grade level team or individual teachers if you are concerned
about any grades.  Final exams begin on May 16, so there isn't much time
left to bring up failing or low grades.  Teachers are still offering
tutorials, by arrangement, before and after school as well as at lunchtime.

Along with progress reports, you will find a school survey to gauge parent
satisfaction with our campus and its programs.  We would appreciate you
taking the time to fill it out and have your child return it tomorrow with
his/her progress report.  As an added incentive for your child, we'll be
having an "out of uniform day" tomorrow for all students who bring back a
signed progress report and a completed survey at the beginning of their
first period class Thursday.

Please mark your calendars, ask your boss for a little time off, and start
charging your camera batteries for our annual DMS awards ceremony.  This
year our assembly will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22.  We'd
love for you to be able to attend and help us recognize the many
accomplishments of our marvelous middle schoolers!
