The Devine PTO 
Frozen Food Sale Ends 
Wednesday, November 14th!!!

AWESOME  PRIZES!

SELL at least 1 item - receive a voucher for a NON-UNIFORM school day. The
	principals will announce this Non-Uniform day after the sale.


Sell 4 items or more - your name goes into a DRAWING for a $25.00 Wal-Mart
	gift card.


The TOP SELLERS of Combined Elementary/Intermediate will receive:
	1st & 2nd place receive a $25.00 Wal-Mart gift card + Devine PTO
					Drawstring Backpack filled with goodies.
	3rd & 4th place receive a Devine PTO Drawstring Backpack filled with
goodies.

 Please Follow These Instructions

1.  Completely fill out the order form. Collect all money up front and DO
NOT collect any tax. 
	NO TAX!!!
2.  Keep the PINK copy of the order form for your records.
3.  Return the WHITE & YELLOW copies and the correct amount of money in
the white student 	envelope.
4.  Make sure that the money enclosed in the envelope equals the amount
due.				 	(amount due = amount enclosed)
5.  Make sure student's name and teacher's name is clearly written on the
order form and on the white 	envelope.
6.  Give this envelope to your teacher on Wednesday, Nov. 14th as soon as
you get to class.

The Frozen Food Items will arrive before the Christmas Break.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!

November 14-16th on the Intermediate Gym Stage from 8:30am - 2:30pm.  Any
help is appreciated - all day or a couple of hours.  The PTO will be
working on the Frozen Food Sale (we verify all fundraiser order forms &
money before the packets are sent off to the C&N Fundraising Company on
Nov. 16th).  If If you have any questions, please call any of the PTO
