[Hsparents] School closure info

Dear Parents,
I just want to apologize for you not receiving the school closure
information via email last night. I did send it from home, but apparently,
it did not go through. I am sorry if this caused you any problems. 
Also, we did contact the local TV stations (several times), but apparently
there were problems in getting our info on the air and on some the
stations' websites. I have contacted each one this morning so we can be
sure the info will be communicated in a timely manner.
We will let you know by this afternoon of any posssible start of school
delays or closures.
Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
