Dear Parents,

The PTO Valentine Carnival will be on February 10th from 5:30-8:00pm at
the Devine Middle School Gym.  Something new this year - The PTO Valentine
Carnival will be sponsored by PreK - 5th grade.  All seven grade levels
will plan, prepare, and run the carnival.  We want the carnival to be
well-planned and well-run.  To do this we must have many parent volunteers
from all seven grade levels.  Parents are asked to plan, prepare, and run
the carnival.  Each booth will have a chairperson.  Chairpersons will be
responsible for:  getting helpers, booth set-up, decorations, booth
take-down & clean up.  The profit from this carnival will be divided
between the seven grade levels.  If a grade level does not have planners
and workers, then that grade level will not share in the profits.  "Grade
Level PTO Funds" pay for your child's field trips and other activities
that are special to your child's grade level.  The chairperson for the
2007 PTO Valentine Carnival is Nancy Saathoff.  For more information or to

Leader or any PTO Parent Leader for any questions or concerns.
