PTO BYLAWS...
The mission statement of the Devine PTO is to: Facilitate communication and parental involvement between Devine I.S.D. and the parents of students, and conduct fundraisers for the purpose of supporting organizational activities, such as campus improvements, field trips, social events, and educational programs for the benefit of students of Devine Independent School District.
