It is the policy of Devine ISD not to discriminate on the basis of race,

It is the policy of Devine ISD to support the campuses as they provide a
free, appropriate education to all students, consisting of regular and
special education and related aids and services in career and technology
education programs that are designed to meet individual educational needs
of disabled persons as adequately as the needs of non-disabled persons are
met and are based upon adherence to provisions set forth in 34 CFR
104.33-104.36; 34 CFR 104.31-104.40; (see also standards under V-C, V-D,
V-E, V-F, V-G, and V-H).
