Cindy Morales is a 37 year resident of Devine and a 1984 graduate of Devine High School. She attended Southwest Texas State University and Our Lady of the Lake University receiving a BA in Social Science in 1990. Cindy is self-employed as the Broker/Owner of Morales Realty.

In addition to her duties as a board member, Cindy currently serves as the membership chairman for the Devine Lion's Club; a member of the Devine Chamber of Commerce where she served as president for 10 years; a member of the Devine PTO where she served as an officer/parent leader for 12 years; and a member of the Devine Athletic Booster Club. She has also served on the Medina Community Hospital Board for 2 years; Methodist Youth Director for 5 years; member for Devine High School Site Base Committee for 4 years; and as Director for the Medina Co. Fair Association for 5 years.

Cindy and her husband Ernie have 2 children. Sabella Morales Gould, 23, lives in Devine with her husband, Bryan Gould. Ernie, Jr. age 17 is a junior at the Devine High School.

Being a graduate of Devine and also an active member of this community, I believe that our school is the heart of our town. I have great pride and respect for our students, teachers and staff. Our community is very involved in many aspects of this district and strongly support the teachers, staff, students and student athletes through various parent organizations and booster clubs. I believe the strength of our community involvement sets our district apart. I am honored to serve as a trustee for the students of this district.
