Carl Brown is a 40 year resident of Devine and graduated from Devine High School in 1988. He has attended UTSA and Palo Alto and is currently the owner/operator of Bexar Environmental, Inc and Brown Equipment Rental, Inc.

Carl and his wife Cassie have 3 children: 4 year old Madison, and 10 year old twins Hailey and Reagan who are fourth graders at Devine Intermediate School.

Devine ISD believes in the betterment of our children's education and future. It is composed of an array of individuals devoted to laying a positive educational foundation for our children. Devine ISD is the product of passionate teachers and a community of family oriented people.
