Follow the directions, the install is simple. Just agree to everything, you know; yes, next, etc.
Ignore the security warnings.

Logins:

Our email addresses are NOT changing.

Email account logins ARE changing to first initial lastname, just like the computer & internet logins.

Listserv use will not change.

Old email server:

The existing email server will stop accepting email Monday morning

The old server will be left in place for a short while so emails can be replied to and information transferred.

New email server: Mailboxes have been greatly increased in size. They are now 150MB.
You still will be responsible for folder management as the folder has a finite size.
